The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No.1282/2024. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has dismissed the original application filed by the petitioner wherein he had assailed his transfer orders dated 27.05.2023 and 17.02.2024, transferring him from Delhi to Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, he will approach the respondents by way of a representation.

In the light of the aforesaid, the petition, along with all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn by making it clear that as and when the petitioner submits any representation to the respondents, the same will The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
