% 06.08.2019 Status report is filed and the same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the petition, she shall not press this application, at this stage.

Keeping in view of the fact that only official and police witnesses are remaining to be examined, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of three months from the next date before the Trial Court. In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
