Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint in these petitions filed by respondent No.2 has already been dismissed by the Trial Court, hence, the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the petitions. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in case the order of the Trial Court is set aside by the Revision Court or the Appellate Court, he may be granted permission to file fresh petitions on Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
