The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging an Order dated 08.03.2024 by which the renewal application of the Petitioner under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA) has been rejected by the Respondent.

Foundation v. Union of India, W.P.(C) 5901/2024 has held that since there is an efficacious alternate remedy available to the Petitioner under Section 32 of the FCRA, the Petitioner should approach the Revisional Authority. 3.
In view of the facts of this case, the Petitioner is directed to file the revision petition within three days from today and the Revisional Authority is directed to decide the matter within three weeks thereafter. 4.
