O R D E R

% 22.08.2016 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1276/2015 under Section 420 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden. During the pendency of the present petition, the parties were referred to mediation, where they have settled the matter. Learned counsel for the complainant, who is present in Court, states that as per the settlement arrived at mediation centre, an amount of `21,00,000/- has been paid to the complainant by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is thus directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned and further subject to

the condition that she will join the investigating as and when directed by the investigating officer.

Petition is disposed of.
