The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, praying that Execution Petition No.96277/2016 may be transferred from the Court of learned Gajender Singh Nagar, ACJ/ARC, Central Delhi, Tis Hazari, to the concerned court - New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex. It is stated that the execution proceedings pertain to land located in Village Kalu Sarai, which according to the petitioner, falls within the jurisdiction of the Patiala House District Court, New Delhi. The petitioner states that it has taken an objection in this regard, however, no order has been passed by the concerned court as yet.

Since the objection raised by the petitioner is pending consideration before the court, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.

If the court comes to the conclusion that it has no jurisdiction to continue to the execution proceedings, he shall pass an

appropriate order.

The petition is disposed of.
