% 23.03.2018 Mr. Rajesh Banati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that out of 9 post dated cheques given to the petitioner, 8 cheques have been encashed. The last cheque which was payable by 15.03.2018 has been reendorsed by the respondent for 15.04.2018. This cheque is for Rs.1 lakh. Learned counsel for the respondent assures that the cheque when presented would be duly encashed.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. However, in case there is default by the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including revival of this winding up petition.
