1. The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 27.04.2017 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal), Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh in Original Application (O.A.) No. 060/00374/2017.

2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition before this Court, which does not have the necessary territorial jurisdiction to entertain the petition, she seeks leave to withdraw the petition so that the petitioner can approach the appropriate Court.
