W.P.(C) 6931/2024 & CAV 232/2024, CM APPL. 28854/2024 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the losses incurred by the Petitioner, the Petitioner will file an appropriate application before the Tribunal for early hearing of the matter stating the illegality in the Order of disconnection and the difficulties faced by the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application for early hearing before the Tribunal.
Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
