The petitioners have sought early hearing, to which other side has no objection as parties have settled the dispute before Mediation Centre by way of settlement agreement dated 29.02.2024. The application is allowed and accordingly the date of 04.04.2024 is preponed to this day. RC.REV. 176/2022 2.
As requested by both sides, matter is passed over awaiting the copy of the said mediation settlement.

In this second call, learned counsel for both sides have placed on record a copy of the settlement agreement dated 29.02.2024 arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre. It is informed by both sides that the petitioners have vacated the subject premises on 01.03.2024 and the agreed amount towards outstanding maintenance, fixtures and regular upkeep of the subject premises have been received by the petitioners in terms of the above mentioned agreement. Further, cost dated 25.04.2023 also is not pressed by the respondent according to the said agreement. 4.
Having examined the settlement agreement I am satisfied that the dispute stands completely settled by lawful compromise, so the settlement agreement is accepted and the same be scanned and made part of the judicial record. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as compromised.
