The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that appropriate action has been taken in the complaint filed by the parents of Petitioner no.1.

He submits that, at this stage, no fault can be attributed to any of the parties and appropriate steps would be taken if any grievance remains.

The present petition was filed when the petitioner felt harassed on account of the inquiry that was conducted by the State on a complaint given by the parents of Petitioner no.1. 4.

parents of Petitioner no.1 who alleged that Petitioner no.1 is a minor and has been taken away from their custody. 5.

The same in the opinion of this Court are serious allegations which were required to be investigated. 6.

The police conducting inquiry/investigation, pursuant to serious allegations, cannot be faulted. However, since the inquiry has already been conducted and the petitioners are no longer required and called for the inquiry, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
