The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i) for setting aside the order dated 10.10.2023 passed by Sh.Ankit Karan Singh Ld MM -8 West Tis Hazari Court and quashing of consequential proceeding arising from the said order is FIR no.812/2023, U/S. 323/354/354(A)/34 IPC of P.S Ranhola, Pass any other order or further relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioners." 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with the prayer that the grounds taken herein may be examined by the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation. 3.
