The present application has been filed seeking recall of the order dated 14.05.2024. However, clarifying the prayer the learned counsel for the applicant submits that similar order be passed qua the applicant as was The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. passed qua the petitioner.

A perusal of the said order reveals that having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the following direction was passed by this Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, it is directed that the respondent no.4 shall share his mobile number as well as mobile number of the Beat Constable of the area with the petitioner. It is further directed that in the event any distress call is received from the present petitioner, the same shall be attended to on urgent basis in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the aforesaid directions, the complaint filed by the applicant is not being entertained by respondent no.4 and the police only pay heed to the complainants being made by the petitioner herein. 6.

However, the learned ASC for the State submits that in a similar petition [W.P. (Crl.) 1849/2024] filed by the applicant, vide order dated 31.05.2024 it has been recorded that if necessary, all possible assistance will be rendered to the petitioners by the Beat Officer. 7.

In view of the above, no separate order is called for in the present application and the same is disposed of.
