The Petitioner has been produced physically by Head Constable Sanjeet (2120/DAP) and Sub-Inspector Chena Ram (D-1303/DAP) from Central Jail, 02, Tihar, New Delhi.

The matter has been put up on an office note dated 01.10.2024 since the Petitioner failed to surrender after expiry of the furlough, granted to him vide order dated 05.09.2024.

Learned ASC states that Non-Bailable Warrants ('NBWs') were issued and could be executed only since the Petitioner had been re-arrested in a separate FIR No. 04/2025 registered at Police Station (P.S.) Crime Branch.

He states that now since the NBWs have been executed, the office note can be discharged.
