% 31.05.2016 CM No.21781/2016 (of the appellant for release of the deposited amount) 1.

The appellant in terms of para 11 of the order dated 26th February, 2016 seeks release of the amount lying deposited in this Court. 2.

The counsel for the appellant / applicant states that all the conditions on fulfilment of which the appellant was to become entitled to the release of the amount have been fulfilled. She also states that one gentleman identified by her as Mr. Ajay Sapra who alone can be interested in opposing, is present in Court. 3.

The said Mr. Ajay Sapra on enquiry states that the amount be released to the appellant.

Accordingly, the amounts lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon be released in favour of the appellant. 5.

The cheque / voucher be delivered to the counsel for the appellant / applicant.

The application is disposed of.
