Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in FIR No.390/2022 dated 15.08.2022, registered at Police Station Kalindi Kunj for offences punishable under Sections 20/29/61/85 of the NDPS Act.. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh bail application after framing of charges.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
