Pursuant to the order dated 11.09.2024, it was informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation, and has submitted his mobile phone to the Investigating Officer.

APP for the State, on instructions from IO, who is present in Court submits that, the mobile phone which was presented was another current mobile phone, while the allegations pertain to the year 2021 and nothing objectionable was found in the mobile phone which was presented to the IO. 3.

The Court on 15.05.2024 had issued notice and on 05.07.2024 had granted interim protection to the petitioner. 4.

Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner will continue to co-operate and join the investigation and also provide whatever is requisitioned by the IO.

There is a necessity of recording of voice samples of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the IO, as and when requisitioned by the IO, for the purpose of voice sampling. Subject to this undertaking being complied with, petitioner is granted anticipatory bail in FIR No. 66/2022, P.S. Rani Bagh under Sections 195A/384 IPC.

Consequently, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant/victim or tamper with evidence of the case. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
