The appellants have filed the present appeal impugning an order dated 24.02.2020 (hereafter 'the impugned order') passed by the learned Single Judge whereby, the appellants' application, that is, I. A. No. 10300/2019 seeking modification of the decree was rejected. The appeal was heard along with RFA(OS) 69/2019 captioned Jitender Virwani v. Santosh Kumar Garg and orders were reserved on 06.10.2023.

The appellant had raised cross-objections in RFA (OS) 69/2019 which are identical to the issues raised in the present appeal. 3.
