The present matter has been listed on an office note. 2.

It has been pointed out in the office note that the present petition was disposed of vide order dated 25.07.2024 with a direction to the Trial Court to frame the charges in accordance with law on 03.08.2024 itself and make an endeavour to examine the prosecutrix within a period of four month. 3.

A letter has been received from learned ASJ-01(POCSO), Patiala House Courts, Delhi wherein a request has been made for further time to frame charges and examine the prosecutrix to comply with the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by this Court.

The learned APP, on instructions from the I.O. who is present in Court apprises the Court that the next date fixed before the learned Trial Court is 17.12.2024.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the arguments on charge and pass an order in respect thereof at least within a period of two months from today and to examine the prosecutrix within a period of two months thereafter, in the event the charges are framed.
