This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking restraint upon the respondents from acting in contravention to the terms of the Employment Agreement dated 30.11.2006.

Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and this petition may be treated as a Section 17 application by the learned Arbitrator. 3.

Mr. Juneja, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection as long as all rights and contentions of the respondents are kept open before the learned Arbitrator.

Since the tenure of the learned Arbitrator has been extended, it is directed that the petition shall be treated as a Section 17 application by the learned Arbitrator and the directions contained in the order dated 08.05.2025 may be modified / changed/ varied after hearing parties on merits.
