% 08.01.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to stop the illegal construction being carried out at property bearing no. 56 & 57, out of Khasara No. 1151/3, ward no. 4, Mehrauli, New Delhi and to demolish the already constructed unauthorized construction. The respondent/SDMC has filed the status report in Court which is taken on record. As per the status report, appropriate action has been taken against the unauthorized construction. DDA has also filed an affidavit. I may note that on the last date of hearing namely 08.07.2019, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an affidavit that the property in which he is residing confirms to the building bye-laws with a copy to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the

respondent/SDMC confirms that no such affidavit has been filed by the petitioner.
