% 20.08.2019 The only grievance that subsist in the contempt petition is that an amount of Rs.4,79,311/- has been withheld and not paid by the respondent. Mr. Tarkeshwar Nath, Adv. who appears for the respondent states that the said amount has not been paid to the petitioner for the reason of excess payment.
Mr. Harkauli concedes to the fact that the withholding of the amount of Rs.4,79,311/- has been challenged by the petitioner in a separate writ petition. If that be so, the present contempt petition is closed.
