In furtherance of last order, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is agreeable to vacate the subject premises within six months from today if he is protected. The petitioner present in person also undertakes to vacate the subject premises within six months. That is agreeable to respondents no.2 and 3 present in Court on behalf of all respondents. 2.
Under these circumstances, on instructions of petitioner, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the directions that operation of the impugned eviction order shall remain stayed till 15.10.2024 and in case by 15.10.2024 the subject premises are not The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
