% 12.12.2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and on behalf of the respondent that the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the petitioners convicted vide impugned order dated 19.1.2015 of the Special Judge NDPS, New Delhi whereby nonbailable warrants were issued against the petitioners. It has been submitted on behalf of both the respondent that both the petitioners have since been convicted on 29.7.2017 in State Case No.36/11 under Section 23 of the NDPS Act. In view thereof the submissions made on behalf of the either side, the Crl.M.C. No. 271 and Crl.M.A. No. 1072/2015 have become infructuous and are dismissed as such.
