The parties to the present appeals have already settled the issue before the learned Single Judge and we are informed that, as per the settlement, a decree has already been drawn.

The settlement is recorded in order dated 31st October, 2025, in CS(COMM) No. 115/2023 titled Zydus Wellness Products Limited v. Cipla Health Ltd. & Anr.

A copy of the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been tendered during the hearing.

In that view of the matter, a prayer is made for withdrawal of both these appeals.

In view of the aforesaid position, both the appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 6.
