Parties have settled their matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, and a settlement agreement dated 17th November 2025 has been placed on record.

This Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

Accordingly, the payments, which have been agreed to, be paid by the Insurance Company to the petitioner, within the next two weeks from today, considering the payment deadline, as per the settlement, already expired. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. 5.
