O R D E R

% 14.05.2015 By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that all the persons involved in the death of his daughter be arrested. It is further prayed that Investigating Officer be changed and investigations be transferred to vigilance department or any other independent agency.

Daughter of petitioner was married to one Rahul on 28th January, 2014. On 3rd October, 2014, she was admitted in Jaipur Golden Hospital with the history of having consumed the poison. She was admitted in the said hospital by her husband and neighbour. DD No. 51-B was recorded in the police station Kanjhawala on receipt of information from the hospital. FIR No. 791/14 under Sections 304-B/498A IPC was registered at police station Kanjhawala on the statement of petitioner wherein he alleged that his daughter used to be beaten by Rahul, his mother-Dayawati and aunt-Kamlawati. Within a week of the

marriage Rahul started demanding a car. Rahul's maternal uncle Rajender also used to beat the deceased whenever he used to visit them. It is stated in the status report that Investigating Officer ASI Ashok Kumar reached the hospital on receipt of DD 51-B and recorded the statement of victim in presence of Dr. Rakesh Yadav of Jaipur Golden Hospital wherein she stated that she had consumed sulphas tablets of her own after her husband did not allow her to make phone calls to her parents. After making the statement she died in the hospital. During the investigation, Rahul has already been arrested. It is further submitted that Investigating Officer ASI Ashok Kumar has been transferred and the matter is now being investigated by Insp. Narender Yadav.

It is submitted that investigations are conducted in fair manner.

In the above facts, I am satisfied with the investigations which are being carried out. I do not find it to be a fit case to transfer the investigation. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
