CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 09.10.2018 1.

The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 27.01.2015 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.2177/2014, whereunder the Tribunal has refused to interfere in the Departmental proceedings or with the punishment awarded to him.

2.

Having perused the impugned judgment, the findings of the Inquiry Officer and the orders of the Disciplinary Authority, we are of the prima facie view that there is no merit in the present petition. 3.

After addressing arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions from his client that he does not wish to press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

4.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
