This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) issue a writ order or direction inter-Alia in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to recall the lookout circular or in the alternative a writ of certiorari issuing directions to quash the lookout circular issued by the respondent against the petitioner;

(b) set aside the order dated 10/06/2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge and to grant interim protection to the petitioner pending the outcome of the above petition;"

There was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on 07.11.2023 and none appears even today.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State points out that the Petitioner has expired on 20.01.2023. This fact stands verified in the parole application filed on behalf of the wife of the Petitioner, who is in judicial custody. Copy of the death certificate has been handed over and is taken on record.
