This Court has perverse status report dated 13.12.2023 & the same is reproduced as under In pursuance of directions passed by the Hon'ble Court dated July 26, 2023, police officials of PS Patel Nagar visited H.N. 52C, DDA Flat, 4th Floor, Pandav Nagar, Where petitioners were not found residing there, Mrs. Seeba (Sister of Petitioner no 2) was found residing there alongwith her husband, and on inquiry, she stated that petitioner 2, Ujair Khan, is her brother. Mrs. Roshni (petitioner No.1) was contacted telephonically through Mrs. Seeba, in which she stated that she has been residing at WZ 283/262, Gali No. 09 Vishnu Garden, Delhi Alongwith her husband (Petitioner No.2) She (petitioner no. 1) stated that she has no problem or threat now and is living peacefully there.

Further, mobile numbers of the Beat Officer, Division Officer, and SHO of PS Patel Nagar were also provided to Petitioner No.1. On 10.12.2023, Police officials of PS Khyala were also visited at WZ 283/262, Gali No. 09 Vishnu Garden, Delhi, where petitioners were found residing. On inquiry she (petitioner no.1) stated that she does not have any kind of problem or threat from her father (respondent No.3) and is living peacefully with her husband there. As per status report the petitioner has stated that she does not have any kind of threat from her father and is living peacefully with her husband. 4.
