The petitioner had filed the appeal under Section 38(3) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 impugning an order dated 01.06.2019 passed by the Rent Control Tribunal.

The said appeal has been placed before this court for transfer of the said appeal, pursuant to the order dated 02.07.2019 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, West, Delhi expressing his inability to hear the appeal preferred by the petitioner as he is a distant relative of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the appeal preferred by the petitioner (Om Prakash Sharma v. Prem Chand Gupta and Anr.: RCT No. 42/2019) is transferred to District Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts. 4.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 20.07.2019.
