The petitioners who are porters at ISBT Anand Vihar, have filed the present petition seeking several prayers (sixteen in number) which are couched in wide terms .

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file afresh claiming certain specific prayers. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
