The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondent no.2 be directed to update/rectify the date of birth (i.e. 23.10.2012) of the petitioner in the Aadhar Card, in accordance with the date of birth reflected in her birth certificate and thereafter issue a fresh Aadhar Card.

It transpires during the course of hearing that the said rectification has been carried out and a fresh Aadhar Card has been issued to the petitioner. 3.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed; no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 4.
