Learned counsel for the plaintiff states, in view of the settlement dated April 4, 2016 Annexure A to IA 6300/2016, he wishes to withdraw the present suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In view of the fact that plaintiff has withdrawn the suit, the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the IA 6300/2016. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff makes a request for the return of the court fees as the parties have settled their inter-se disputes outside the Court.

As the parties have settled their inter-se disputes outside the Court at pre evidence stage, the plaintiff shall be entitled to return of court fees in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. Necessary certificate be issued to the plaintiff.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the original documents filed by the plaintiff be returned to the plaintiff. Let the plaintiff and her counsel appear before the Assistant Registrar (Original) on 31st May, 2016 at 2.30 pm, who, on the learned counsel for the plaintiff placing on record the certified copies of the original documents, shall return the original documents to the plaintiff through her counsel.
