The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 by the petitioner for rectification/correction of a typographical error in order dated 19.09.2024.

It is seen that there is a typographical error in the order dated 19.09.2024, where the Savings Bank Account No. "17440110000359" has been wrongly typed as "174401100000359".

In view thereof, let the Savings Bank Account No.

"174401100000359" be read as "1744011000359" in the aforesaid order. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
