The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate directions be issued to the respondent to construct, maintain and renovate the dilapidated Bus Queue Shelter (BQS) located at Desh Bandhu Gupta Road in a time bound manner. It is seen that the petitioner does not have any peculiar interest in the said relief and the present petition is in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation.
