Learned counsel for the parties state that since they have resolved their disputes in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 01.07.2024, inter alia, waiving all claims against each other. It is jointly requested that the appeal be disposed of by holding that parties shall remain bound by the said Memorandum of Settlement dated 01.07.2024.

Accordingly, as jointly prayed, the appeal is disposed of in view of settlement arrived at between the parties.
