The present application has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 2/ NTA to file a short affidavit disclosing/verifying the correct particulars of the applicants.

Mr. D.K. Devesh, learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants submits that a short affidavit was filed by the respondent no.2/NTA verifying the particulars of the applicants. He submits that in the said short affidavit, the roll number of the 12 applicants has been incorrectly mentioned.

Elaborating further, he submits that the last digit of the roll numbers of all the applicants is missing. He submits that the correct roll number has been mentioned by the applicants in para 6 of the application. 4.

In view of the above, issue notice. The learned counsels of the respondents notice.
