This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.634/2022 dated 09.07.2022 under Sections 354/376AB/354B/506 IPC and Sections 6/10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at PS: Model Town. 2.

Notice was issued to the Respondents on 28.07.2022. Order sheets indicate that on 10.05.22023, appearance was not given by learned counsel who had appeared for the Petitioner. The same position continued on 04.10.2023. Matter was listed yesterday but there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner. In the interest of justice, petition was listed today. 3.

This is the second call in the matter and there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner even today. It appears that Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
