Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0329/2018 under Section 356/379/354/354B/34 IPC, P.S.Najafgarh in terms of MOU dated 04.02.2019 inter-se the parties. 2.

The perusal of the record shows that there is a cross FIR bearing No.428/2018 under Section 341/323/354B/34 IPC, P.S.Najafgarh and both these FIRs were sought to be compromised. The Complainant/Petitioner, Smt. Pooja has died on 02.01.2021 a fact which has been confirmed by the State. While quashing has been sought in FIR No.329/2018 but there is no quashing sought of FIR No.428/2018. The matter is pending before the Trial Court. 3.

Without prejudice, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court. 4.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
