The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only a guarantor and is prepared to make a proposal for OTS. The petitioner is at liberty to make such a proposal. 2.

In the event any such proposal is made, the bank may consider the same in accordance with its policies, without prejudice to its rights and contentions.
