Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he withdraws all the allegations levelled against the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Heard. Keeping mind the dictum that justice should not only be done, but also seen to have been done, the petition is allowed, in the interest of justice. The case in question be transferred to another court of competent jurisdiction in North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. Let the parties appear before the court of Sh. Jitender Kumar Mishra, learned ASJ/Special Judge (NDPS), North Distt., Rohini Courts, Delhi on 11.10.2019, who will send the file to learned District and Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini, Delhi, for assigning the same to the competent Court constituted for dealing with such cases in his District.
