The learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance. 2.

The caveat stands discharged.

TR.P.(C.) 92/2019 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the case bearing G-02/2019 captioned "Rohit Pathak v. Natasha Pathak" be transferred from the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South to Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said suit was transferred to the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South at the instance of the petitioner as the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East had fallen vacant on account of transfer of the concerned judge.

The petitioner states that the Principal Judge, Family Court, SouthEast has since been appointed. The learned counsel for the parties further states that the concerned Judge had heard the matter in the past and it would be expedient if the matter is heard bythe said court. 6.

They request that the case be transferred to the said Court. 7.

In view of the consensus between the parties, the present petition is allowed and the case bearing No. G-02/2019 captioned "Rohit Pathak v. Natasha Pathak" is transferred from the Court of Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South to Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East District.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 27.07.2019.
