Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

It is seen that the petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage i.e. HMA 270/2017 is currently pending before the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, whereas, there appear to be as many as three cases pending before the Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Court deems it appropriate to direct for the transfer of HMA 270/2017 which is currently pending before the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka to the Family Court at North District, Rohini, where the respondent is also attending the various proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of.
