The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari thereby quashing the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2, rejecting the complaint/petition filed by the petitioner under section 68 of The Registration Act, 1908 as being illegal and arbitrary; and b) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to register the sale deed dated 03.04.2013 executed by Sh. Ram Narayan in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring 10 bighas and 14.5 biswas bearing Khasra Nos. 3/20 (4-16), 15/2/2 (4-13) and 15/10 min (1-5.5) situated in the area and revenue estate of Village Qutub Garh, Tehsil Kanjhawala, District North-West, Delhi which was presented for registration on 03.04.2013 before Respondent No.1; and c) pass any other or further order( s) that this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case." 2.

Let the petitioner to approach the concerned Sub-Registrar along with all necessary documents. On doing so, let the concerned Registrar to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Thereafter, if the petitioner has any grievance left, it shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of.
