This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "I. issue any appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing respondent Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mungeshpur, Delhi- 110088, to grant admission to petitioner named Anvesh Raj Anand in class VI in general category in the academic year 2025-26; II. pass any other order or direction or such further orders as may be deemed just and appropriate, in the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, in favour of the petitioner; and III. allow the present writ petition with cost, in favour of the petitioner." 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
