The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 17/2018. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that the impugned judgment has been further clarified by the learned Tribunal vide its order dated 06.05.2024, which fact has neither been mentioned in the petition nor has a copy thereof been annexed with the petition.
