The counsel for the decree-holder states that the decree under execution is for recovery of Rs.57,86,216.85 paise and the execution petition in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 is to be transferred to the subordinate Court. 2.

As per order dated 11th January, 2017 property No.D-14/A-19, Model Town, New Delhi has been attached in this execution petition. 3.

None appears for the judgment-debtor and no objections to the attachment of the said property have been filed. 4.

Execution petition is transferred for further proceedings to District Judge (North), Rohini Court Complex, Delhi.

The counsel for the decree-holder to appear before the Additional District Judge / District Judge (North), Rohini Court Complex, Delhi on 20th April, 2017.
