The counsel for the decree-holder states that the decree under execution is for recovery of Rs.27,89,860.65 paise and the execution petition in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 is to be transferred to the subordinate Court. 2.

As per order dated 15th December, 2016 property No.C-125, Sabzi Mandi, Azadpur, Delhi has been attached in this execution petition. 3.

Objections have been filed by persons claiming rights to the basement and the upper floors of the said property and which are for adjudication. 4.

Execution petition is transferred for further proceedings to District Judge (North), Rohini Court Complex, Delhi.
