This application has been filed on behalf of the respondent seeking release of the bank guarantees furnished by the respondent pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 28th February, 2020. Details of the bank guarantees are as under:

Bank guarantee bearing No. 6007IFIBG200001 issued by Bank of India.

ii.

Bank guarantee bearing No. 1352NDDG00080225 issued by ICICI Bank.

The aforesaid appeal has been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 18th December, 2025.
